Brisbane, Townsville & Regional Queensland Reg s diversified background includes General Manager of compan ies where business operations included manufacturing, supermarkets, department stores, builders supplies, warehousing, wholesaling, transportation and import/export. In the small business arena, Reg owned and successfully operated a well-known franchise business. The knowledge gained, has given him a comprehensive understanding of franchising and also small business operations in general.

In 200 6 , Reg became a licensed real estate agent and registered business broker in Queensland. As a business broker, his focus is on business resales in Brisbane and regional Queensland, specifically North Queensland, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. He has also affected sales in northern NSW and welcomes enquiries from business owners thinking of selling in this region.

Since becoming a broker, Reg has sold many types of businesses, large and small. Although he has a cross section of experience, every business is unique and Reg s passion for selling them ensures he obtains a good overview understanding of all his listings. He always works closely with vendors and buyers during the sale process, to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.

Due to Reg s knowledge in franchising , he has been appointed and sold many franchises large and small , which include both the food and non food sectors. He is familiar with the complexity of areas specific to franchising such as franchisor benchmarks, franchise agreements and franchisor requirements for potential franchisees. This is of benefit to potential franchisees and also existing franchisees wanting to sell their business, as he works closely with both parties through to settlement.
