No. Advertising remains a standalone service. Existing advertising customers can continue with their own systems and way of working, without subscribing to CIM-PRO or joining the collaborative network.
No. Advertising only does not require you to contribute your existing database to the sharing network. BBNA still processes listing information and enquiries as needed to provide the advertising service, under the Advertising Package Agreement and Privacy Policy.
You gain CIM-PRO access and join a collaborative network, contributing to and benefiting from eligible buyer intelligence, transaction insights and peer collaboration. Sharing follows the Membership & Platform Agreement and relevant permissions and consent requirements. It is not unrestricted access to every broker’s contacts, documents or deal files.
