Brian has been a business broker for 10 years and started his own firm 5 years ago so he could have the ability to offer his clients more than the “cookie Cutter” churn and burn approach that most firms use. During his time as a broker, he has listed and sold hundreds of businesses, from everything in the hospitality and franchise field, to specialist architect and engineering firms, retail, service and health and fitness. Brian really puts in the time and effort you would expect from a vendor’s point of view, taking time to work with buyers as well and get to that all important transaction sale. Brian lives and breathes business sales and is an excellent negotiator and communicator. He is a fully licensed Estate Agent and Member of the REIV, a Certified Practising Business Broker as accredited by the AIBB and an all-round approachable agent who works hard to get results. Having owned several businesses and served in the Police Force where he was awarded a commendation, his background and experience is extensive. Definitely the broker you want on your team.
