Hamburgers that are ridiculously good and Who is Harry

I’d heard people talk about Hello Harry, but I assumed it was just the usual hype.
I was in there for work, having a look at the business, not expecting much more than a quick bite.
Standing at the counter, I was tossing up between the Fat Bastard and the Maple Bacon—ended up going with the Maple Bacon and a Harry’s Lager.
First bite—completely changed my view.

The balance was spot on. Proper smashed beef, just enough sweetness from the maple bacon, and everything actually worked together without being over the top.
The beer didn’t hurt either—it paired perfectly.

I walked in focused on listing a burger shop.
I walked out thinking… I get why people keep coming back.
Turns out, the whispers about Hello Harry aren’t marketing—they’re pretty accurate.

The day I turned up, 2pm, there were eight people eating at Harry's and less than a handful combined at the other eateries.

This business is pretty new and located at Park Ridge, with current takings around $29,000 a week + -
Lease is for 8 years with weekly rent and outgoings around $1,400 + gst (around 5% of turnover)
There are franchise fees of course, this is a terrific location in a shopping centre that has many eateries facing the car park.
So good traffic, easily accessible and it is the only establishment with a Liquor Licence, in the immediate area.
Client ages are generally between 20 to 45 years, looking for a casual dining experience with great food and drinks.

Who the #?* is Harry
Since 2014 when he opened his first burger joint in Maroochydore, Harry’s passion for creating distinctively different burgers has only grown. His buns are exclusively made for his burgers, and his fresh ingredients are all prepared daily in-store. His head is so far in the burger that he sometimes forgets to filter the intrusive thoughts. So, don’t be offended by his questionable sense of humour, or egotistical attitude. Just appreciate his talent for forking good burgers.
