Kat spent her teenage years working in the family businesses until moving into her own restaurant and pub, along with holding senior management roles within some of the largest accommodation operators in Australia and being an owner-operator in her own accommodation portfolio and as an SME business owner.

Kat is locally very well-known and highly regarded as a smart business operator.
