Peter Is a Licenced Business Broker and Licensed Real Estate Agent. 

Peter has years of experience in all aspects of business and property sales. Having built his own real estate agency "Raine and Horne Caringbah" Franchise office and then changed to become an Independent Agency "P J Fennell Real Estate" This has given Peter the aptitude and knowledge in the day to day running and operating of businesses both franchise and independent.

Peter is a business sales expert in the Automotive industry, having worked in the industry for over 17 years he completed his Tradesman’s Certificate as a Motor Mechanic (MVRIC), Certificate in automotive finishes (Spray painter) and Certificate in automotive body repair (panel beating).

Peter worked as a salesperson at LJ Hooker real estate and successfully completed the L J Hooker future champions training Program. 

He also worked for the NSW Rural Fire Service with in the Finance, Engineering and Public Education sections, from this peter moved to the NSW Police Fleet management unit as a technical officer and has a great understanding of government contracts.
